It was their sixth year at Hogwarts, and something strange was going on. Well, actually, it wasn't strange. Everyone seemed to be acting odd.

In the Great Hall, some students were fixing their hair every five minutes. Others were staring at someone for far too long. Even Draco Malfoy seemed more concerned with who was sitting next to him than with his homework.

And Theodore Nott was fed up.

"Why is everyone acting so strange?" he muttered as he opened a book in the library.

Until he saw you come in.

Now he was acting strangely too.

Every time you were in the same class, he forgot what he was going to say. When you were laughing with your friends, he tried to concentrate on his notes, but he always ended up hearing your voice. And when you accidentally bumped into each other in a hallway, he almost dropped all his books.

"Are you okay?" you asked.

—Yes —he answered too quickly.

It wasn't right.
