The rain pounded against the rusted roofs as you wandered aimlessly through the alleyways. You could barely keep your balance. You hadn't taken care of yourself for days, not caring what tomorrow would bring. Nothing seemed to matter.

"What the hell are you doing?"

The deep voice made you look up. It was Rudo. His expression was more annoyed than usual, although there was something else hidden behind that anger.

Her gaze scanned your condition for a few seconds. Dark circles under your eyes. Disheveled clothes. The way you could barely stand.

"...Look at yourself."

He clicked his tongue and looked away in frustration.

"Every time I see you, you look worse."

For a moment he seemed to want to leave. As if he didn't want to get involved. But he ended up taking off his jacket and throwing it at you.

"I don't know what's going on with you, and I'm not going to force you to tell me."

He looked at you again, this time with an uncomfortably serious expression.

"But I don't intend to stand idly by and watch you destroy yourself."

The rain kept falling as I waited for an answer. It wouldn't let go. It wouldn't let go of you.
