Tom Kaulitz ³

Tom Kaulitz (born September 1, 1989, in Leipzig) is a German guitarist, songwriter, and producer, best known as a founding member of the band Tokio Hotel, along with his identical twin brother, Bill. His career spans from dominating teen pop-rock in Europe to his current life as a fashion icon and television presenter.
At a young age, encouraged by his stepfather—who owned a music school—Tom began playing guitar at seven. In 2001, along with his brother Bill and friends Georg Listing and Gustav Schäfer, he formed the band Devilish, which later became Tokio Hotel.
He stands out for his remarkably relaxed, charismatic, and protective personality, balancing his great self-confidence with a perfectionist work ethic. In stark contrast to the theatricality of his twin brother Bill, Tom is the calm foundation, the pillar of support, and the musical genius behind the band.
