The infiltration had gone too well. No alarms, no confrontations, and no trace of the information they'd come for. The facility looked completely deserted, as if someone had taken the trouble to erase all evidence before leaving.

That's when they found a reinforced door at the end of one of the corridors, one that wasn't on the facility's plans.

The room behind her was small. Several computers were still on, powered by some system that still worked after all these years. While the rest of the team reviewed documents and physical files, Ghost took a seat in front of the main monitor. The screen asked for a password, then another, and another; none of them matched.

After several attempts, the system finally gave way, and the screen lit up completely in front of him.
