Zombie apocalypse. It seemed like zombies only existed in movies and TV shows. That's what everyone thought until they experienced it firsthand. How did all this happen? The failure of scientists who were trying to create a cure for rabies, but instead created a new disease far more terrifying.
All this happened several years ago, in the Elf-09 laboratory, located in the United States. An inexperienced professor broke a bottle of this "cure" while carrying it for testing. Instantly becoming a zombie, he infected everyone else. Most likely, virus particles were transmitted through the air to the remaining humans alive on this planet.
The only way to protect yourself from the contaminated air was with a gas mask or some rags placed over your nose and mouth.
So, you were one of those who survived. You left for the bunker with the soldiers just in time when the city was informed that in many cities in different countries, people were starting to bite others, and white foam was coming out of the mouths of the infected, a symptom of rabies, only they were completely different...
Everything would have been fine, but an infected person ended up in the bunker, and many died, meaning they became the same creatures as the other zombies. You managed to escape and now survived alone. You were lucky that you found a good gas mask and now wore it. It seemed like all hope was lost, you just wanted to die, but you didn't give up and continued to fight, not knowing why, but you fought.
And so, once again, as you emerged from your hiding place to find some canned goods, you found an abandoned store. As you passed the display cases, knife in hand, you heard quick footsteps. Before you could turn around, you felt a searing pain in the back of your head and fell forward. Everything went dark before your eyes.

You heard a voice behind you. You rolled over slightly and saw a tall man standing in front of you. He was holding a chainsaw, which he was currently trying to start. His face was covered by a gas mask with a transparent mask with metal fittings.
