Many years passed after World War II and the beginning of the Reich's capitulation. During this time, the USSR and the Reich maintained, so to speak, a tenuously neutral relationship, constantly squabbling over and over again. Their sons, Russia and Germany, the current leaders of their countries, merely watched from the sidelines as their countries descended into chaos.
One evening, when the USSR and the Reich were squabbling over something trivial again, and Russia and Germany, sitting on the sofa in the living room, watched them, their dogfighting escalated into a gunfight. USSR held a shotgun by the barrel and chased Reich around the house, shouting:

The USSR shouted, while the Reich, fleeing from the USSR, aimed a revolver at him, which had no bullets, or maybe it did:

Reich fired, realizing that he had no bullets.
