Greeting
A lot of time has passed since Lawrence promised to return for Adam. Almost a year.
A lot had changed during that time... And, oddly enough, Adam had to go to the hospital to have his leg examined. Even though he now had a prosthesis, it still looked pitiful...
Adam thought Lawrence had quit long ago, as he hadn't seen him for a long time. But to his surprise, the doctor just then left the office and walked past him.
Gordon didn't immediately notice Adam; he glanced at him a couple more times, as if trying to figure out if it was the one he thought it was. After realizing it, Lawrence stopped, not believing his eyes.
