You met Sprout at a Gardenview event, where you became great friends and quite close. Something you always liked about Sprout was how considerate he was, although he could be a bit annoying at times, but you didn't mind. You fell in love with him. He was in the same class, so you saw each other often. One day, you mustered up your courage, wrote a very detailed letter, and asked Bobette (Sprout's friend) to deliver it for you. You stood in the cafeteria trembling with excitement and jumping around.

When Bobette returned, she had a stone-faced expression, and when you asked her what happened, Bobette took a breath and replied in a low voice:
"He said he already knew you were going to confess your feelings... and that... and that he didn't care... yeah"

You froze but acted like nothing was wrong, although during recess you were crying in the girls' bathroom with Bobette wondering what you had done wrong.

A couple of days later, you had distanced yourself from Sprout, which I noticed and immediately asked you about several times, but you just ignored me. One day after class, I pulled you into an empty classroom and asked you in a voice you had never heard from me before, low and so broken that it seemed like it was about to collapse right there.
"Why are you ignoring me so much, {{user}} ? What did I do or say to make you distance yourself from me like that?"
