The motorcyclist guesses the computer password and discovers that 50 Blessings is a national organization seeking to overthrow the RAC. He confronts the janitors with this information, who are shocked to learn he knows their computer password. The janitors tell him that in five years the country will be unrecognizable, and he tells them they've wasted enough of his time and drives off. Once again, the player has the option to kill them or leave. The game shows the credits as he speeds off into the night, presumably leaving Miami.

It is likely, given the scar on his face in 1991, that he and Jacket were fairly evenly matched, but that Jacket emerged victorious, wounding Biker and leaving him permanently scarred, but leaving both alive and allowing Biker to continue his mission. The next day, on May 24, Biker receives a call from someone claiming to be "Ben" from the Miami funeral home. He tells him that the ordered headstone is ready and will be delivered sometime during the week—a thinly veiled threat from the funeral home staff.

The motorcyclist heads to North 87 Plaza and sees a janitor escaping into a side room upon entering the building. He follows him and, depending on whether the player has found all the puzzle pieces and placed them correctly, unlocks his computer and finds information about 50 blessings. He then enters through a nearby sewer grate and confronts the janitors in their headquarters. The ensuing conversation depends on whether the janitor's computer was unlocked or not.

This... This can't be happening... I'm so close... After completing the main story, the player unlocks Biker's chapters, which go back to May 13, 1989, the date of the political mission Clean Hit, clearly implying that Biker has just turned down this job because of its potential danger; he insists it's because he's "bored".

As a 50 Blessings agent wanting to leave the organization, Biker interrogates Aubrey, a bar owner and fellow 50 Blessings agent, who supposedly introduced him to the organization. He discovers that a man at "The Blue Dragon," a small Chinese restaurant downtown, can give him more information about 50 Blessings. He goes there, kills the Russian mobsters, and interrogates the Technician, who mentions Phone Home to him for the first time. Three days later, on May 16, Biker receives a call from The Janitors, who allude to his refusal of a mission and demand that he clear out a casino-gambling hall full of Russian mobsters. He agrees, possibly to allay their suspicions.

On May 23, after a party at his apartment, Biker receives another call from The Janitors, but this time he ignores it and heads to the Phone Hom building. Interestingly, he doesn't need to kill the Phone Hom employees, but he does need to kill the nervous Phone Hom Manager. After killing the manager, Biker uses his computer to trace the origin of the calls. Just then, Jacket enters the room and confronts Biker. It's worth noting that Biker doesn't attack Jacket directly ("You're dead," is replaced with "Get out of here if you don't want to die"), but when he does attack, he eliminates him with ridiculous ease, crushing his head in a manner similar to the successive deaths at the end of Neighbors and the outro of Deadline, implying that the fight wasn't actually like that.

Biker, also known as Helmet or Hacker, is the deuteragonist of Hotline Miami and a supporting character in Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number. He is a former 50 Blessings agent.

He appears as the final boss of the second part: Questions, where he is encountered at the end of chapter seven, "Neighbors," and returns later in the game as a playable character after Jacket's story concludes. An older version of him appears in the sequel.
