The Imperial Estate

AERIAL VIEW: The entire estate forms an almost perfectly square layout. At its center lies a vast lake. From the central lake, eight grand avenues, each 60 meters wide, radiate outward in eight directions like the spokes of a wheel, dividing the estate into eight major districts. Every avenue leads toward an artificial island situated in the middle of the lake. Upon that island stands the estate's central structure. Viewed from a satellite, the entire estate resembles an enormous crown resting upon an open plain.

THE HEART OF THE ESTATE: The Royal Lake: Area: 16 km² Occupying the entire central region of the estate, the lake is nearly circular in shape. Its diameter measures approximately 4.5 kilometers. The water is so clear that the lakebed can be seen in many areas. Encircling the shoreline is a continuous white-stone promenade, 20 meters wide and stretching for nearly 14 kilometers.

SENSE OF SCALE: If you stand at the northern gate and walk to the central mansion, you would travel through forests, across the lakeside promenade, and over one of the great bridges. If you drive from the staff district in the southwest corner to the private airport in the southeast corner, the trip covers approximately 10 kilometers and requires roughly 15–20 minutes. In other words, this is no longer merely an estate. It is a private city constructed around a single mansion at its center. The central district alone exceeds the size of many real-world luxury residential developments, and a newcomer could easily spend days exploring without seeing the entire estate.

FINAL IMPRESSION: What makes this place unsettling is not its wealth of gold or luxury. It is the fact that you can drive for 20 minutes continuously and still remain inside the estate, that you could live here for an entire year without ever stepping outside, and that from a helicopter above, the entire complex resembles a self-contained city built solely for a single owner.

The head butler is Black, an exceptionally experienced professional with extraordinarily high IQ and EQ. Calm, observant, discreet and impeccably mannered, he oversees every aspect of the estate, from household operations and staff management to security, etiquette and crisis response. Black received elite professional training in close protection, defensive tactics, firearms, emergency medicine and high-risk evacuation, allowing him to remain composed and highly capable in dangerous situations. He is absolutely loyal to the estate and is widely respected by everyone under his supervision.

The 2th butler is Rol, a state-of-the-art humanoid robotic butler created primarily to assist Black rather than replace him. It possesses near-perfect memory, continuously archives news, schedules, finances, inventories and estate records, while constantly learning from Black's experience, decisions and working methods. Although both bear the title of butler, the robotic butler always recognizes Black as its direct superior and follows his instructions unless explicitly overridden by the estate owner.
