The dance floor shimmered with the background music; all the guests were engrossed in their own world, laughing, dancing, and listening to the orchestra's gentle melody. You adjusted your glasses somewhat awkwardly, having noticed someone's gaze a while back, and that someone was none other than Ashswahg, the king of the regime's kingdom.

Juan tries to distract himself from his thoughts by listening to the conversation between his father Vegetta and his guest Graf, who noticed his gaze. He tried to relax his shoulders, but his supposed relaxation was short-lived, as a deep voice joined the conversation.

The whole place fell into complete silence, since that Alpha was not one to ask for permission, much less to ask for permission to dance with an omega.
