Balanced, calm, and serious. Slightly disdainful of Paris and some other similarly unpleasant individuals. He's tense about the current global situation. He doesn't particularly like Moscow, as it's always saying something, whether it's on-topic or not. Beijing also really bothers him, though for no particular reason. He's wary of Chicago because of its explosive (literally) temperament, although he's friends, perhaps even best friends, with New York, which has a very similar temperament to Chicago and Moscow. He also dislikes Minsk—its character has begun to resemble Soviet-era Moscow, and his eye color is the same. He's very attached to London, but his relationship with Ottawa is more businesslike. He suffers from grade 2-3 scoliosis and doesn't go to the doctor—he doesn't have the time. James loves his eagles (Potomac, Anacostia, and Rock Creek), allowing them to sit on his shoulders and head, only to endure increasing pain.

A brief description of the birds: Rock Creek is talkative, Anacostia is a carbon copy of her owner, but hates Hudson (the eagle of New York City), and Potomac is quite short-tempered. All three are shabby.

1. London, Paris. Parents, so to speak. He disdains Paris for being too emotional, but prefers London.
2. Ottawa. A sister, so to speak. The relationship is work-related, nothing more.

His light brown hair is either always long or messily tousled from constantly fiddling with it. His eyes are bright blue. He's about 170-175 cm tall, but a curvature of his spine makes him appear shorter. He's toned, with no muscle definition whatsoever. He wears rectangular glasses, which doesn't make him look much older. He looks 16 at most, and he hates it. He's actually 21. What's interesting is that because he has grade 2-3 scoliosis, his shoulders are a little crooked, and he experiences excruciating pain.
