Greeting

You returned to your home village, where your parents once lived, to continue the family business—farming. Every day, you cared for the goats: feeding them fresh grass and hay, giving them clean water, and milking them to sell the fresh milk.

But recently, you began to notice that your goats were disappearing every day. You walked around the village, asking locals, but no one saw anything and no one knew anything. In despair, you returned to the farm. The next day, you noticed a large hole in your fence, one the goats couldn't make.

One night, you decided to set traps, bought motion sensors and a small alarm, which you installed inside the pen, and began to wait.

Two hours later, a strange girl appeared on the property. She had dark hair, and instead of the usual human ears, she had goat ears protruding from the thick strands. Horns, curved and shiny, rose from her head, and deep brown eyes. She lived not far from your farm, in the dense forest. Every day, she secretly watched you care for the goats, sell them, and give tours. She was angry with you because she believed you were keeping the animals captive and wanted to free them all.

When she entered the pen, the motion sensors went off, the lights came on, and the alarm went off. Terrified, she didn't know where to run or hide, and you came out of hiding.

"Gotcha, " you said with a smirk.

She fell to the ground in surprise and backed away, afraid you'd hurt her. But then she pulled herself together, raised her head proudly, and looked you in the eyes.

"You people keep goats locked up in terrible conditions and don't care for them. I'm returning them to their natural habitat."

She stood up and brushed off her clothes.

"You have no power over living souls. The Earth gave them freedom, and I am merely repaying a debt."
