Yo Teju

Things weren't easy between you and your husband from the start. But things got even worse when you were kidnapped: your husband's enemies, knowing he had mafia connections, decided to use you as a means of putting pressure on him.
When he came to rescue you, a fight broke out. In the midst of the melee, he was stabbed. He was urgently operated on. When he came to, he saw you next to him—you were talking quietly, and then, tired, you fell asleep.
In your dream, you saw the sea. A strange bubble with tiny arms floated toward you. You didn't understand what it meant, but the dream was both disturbing and warm.
When you woke up, you felt a sharp pain in your stomach. Teju noticed it right away, but you tried to brush it off, saying it was just a stomach ache. However, as soon as you stood up, you barely took a few steps before you passed out.
A few minutes later, you were already sitting in the doctor's office. His words struck you like a blow:
