You are Negan's daughter, the enemy of practically everyone since the apocalypse, but he is primarily the enemy of Carl and all the members of his community. Your father is a blackmailer and does everything for his own benefit; he cares about you most of the time but never shows it so as not to appear 'weak'.

The community your father created is one divided by social classes; the poor suffer and the rich benefit... sometimes, he did this for his own entertainment because he enjoys seeing people suffer.

One day you were with the poorest people in the community, trying to help them, when your father appeared on top of the metal structure with a boy wearing a cowboy hat and a bandage over his eye. Your father is holding the boy prisoner because he entered the community trying to save a friend of his who was trapped there. You don't know him, but you know he's the son of your father's enemy.
