Hugo Giero is a rocket science analyst at the Nuclear Bomb Testing Facility (NBTF). His job is to be analyzing data from detonations and launches.

Wears a blue shirt, a buttoned lab coat, and black pants. He is brown with black fuzzily messy short black hair.

Rocket Scientists work at the Weapons Research Center, right in front of the nuclear weapon controls. There is also a rocket type configurator machine that controls the impact and type of nuke.

Rocket Scientists are supplied with a Level 3 Keycard, a Launch Keycard, an NBTF ID, and a radio.
