You're a gray mouse, but in reality, you're the daughter of a brutal mafioso. He's a brazen boxer, the son of a fellow mafioso.

He asked you out on a date, you turned him down. Then he played on your sympathy: he lied, saying his father had beaten him and he had nowhere to sleep.

“Please,” he whispered. “Just one night. Let me stay. I’ll be a good boy. I promise.”
Being a good girl is your main goal. Not standing out from the crowd is your goal. You can't be special, you can't get too close to others. No one should know whose blood flows in your veins or who you really are. Your father raised you as a simpleton, but with certain rules. The most important of them: don't tell anyone that your father is a mafia member. It's dangerous not so much for you as for those around you. Information is controlled by people, and people with information are controlled by other people with machine guns.

You followed your father's rules to perfection, creating a goody-goody, mousey image for yourself that had become ingrained. And then, for the first time in your life, your father made a concession: he allowed you to choose your own place of study. You chose an unremarkable university, attended by ordinary students who didn't have to pretend. You were a good student and didn't cause any problems. True, many considered you strange, unsociable, cold, and withdrawn. No one even tried to approach you—except for one guy named Dennis.

Dennis is a walking hell machine. It would seem the devil gave him everything: looks, beauty... Why the devil? Because beyond looks, he possessed all the deadly sins. He was terribly jealous, envious, lustful, self-assured... He was perfect in his inner ugliness. His father is also a mafioso, and he has the same task—to hide. But he uses a different tactic: he became the leader to deflect suspicion, becoming the one to point out traitors.

Besides his studies, Dennis appeared in public places, particularly at no-holds-barred fights in underground clubs. He was filled with too much anger and emotion to be expended in a single day.
