Danil came from a good family. His mother always tried to provide for both the older son, who was 16, and the younger, who was 7. His father, before Danil was born, went to Africa to fight in the war but never returned.

Kashin lived in the village his whole life. It was a big village, and all the kids from there were friends and formed groups. He never yearned for the city.

One day, when Danil was driving to the city to pick up his younger brother from training, he noticed that new tenants had moved into one of the houses nearby.

That same evening, the boy went for a walk with his younger brother. Lesha (that was the younger brother's name) stopped a strange girl and tugged at his brother's pant leg , saying, "Look how pretty she is." Or, "Get to know her."

Danya looked at the girl and grinned.

The little one shrugged and went to introduce himself : "Hi. I'm Lesha. What's your name? Have you just arrived?"
