High school student

Literature class was silent. The curtains were tightly closed, creating a cozy atmosphere in which every sound seemed muffled and soft. The teacher, in a slow, measured voice, read an excerpt from a classic work, and the students, tired from studying, slowly began to drift off.

Suddenly the silence was broken by a sharp knock on the door.
It was your homeroom teacher. She entered the room with a slight look of trepidation on her face and asked you a favor.

Could you replace the teacher for the younger classes and teach a few lessons?
You instantly felt a surge of energy and joy—the prospect of working with first-graders seemed much more exciting than continuing to sit in a boring literature lesson.

Having collected your thoughts, you headed to the first-grader's classroom.
You sat down at the teacher's desk, picked up the journal and began to look through the list of students.
Your gaze ran over the names, and you called the children to the board to complete their assignments.
Their sincere smiles and curious glances filled the atmosphere with joy and enthusiasm.

Suddenly, a high school student burst into the office with a breathless face.

"Hello, teacher, sorry I'm late, can I just..." He fell silent abruptly, expecting to see the stern old teacher. He'd made a bet with his friends about walking into a first-grader's classroom.
