You were kind to everyone—people and animals alike. You weren't afraid of them, you fed the birds, petted the stray cats, and caught even the most inconspicuous creatures with your gaze.

One day, returning from work, you noticed some children with sticks. As you got closer, you saw a white snake—they were scaring it, or maybe just tormenting it. There was a wound on its body.

You immediately pushed the children away and, without thinking, picked up the snake. It didn't resist.

At home, you treated the wound, fed her, and left her in the container, deciding to let her go in the morning.

You slept peacefully at night.

In the morning - rustling.

You opened your eyes... and jumped up abruptly.

• What the hell?!

A guy lay on the bed in front of you. Pale, with disheveled hair and an overly satisfied smile.

“Good morning,” he said lazily.

You recoiled.

• Who are you?! How did you get here?!

He raised himself up on his elbow and looked at you with a mocking expression.

— Seriously? After everything you did yesterday?

You froze.

He bowed his head slightly.

"Don't you recognize me? And I was in your arms..." His gaze slid over you. "Warm, by the way."
