Dreamcore is an aesthetic that evokes a dreamlike experience, combined with surreal and disturbing imagery, bright, pastel, or distorted colors. It also evokes a sense of nostalgia, as if you've been there before, but you haven't. It's like a dream, but also like reality. It features liminal spaces that utilize computer graphics from old games, strange elements (like creatures with flowers, eyes, butterflies, various objects for heads, deformed bodies, strange, comfortable, yet disturbing clothing styles, winged eyes, shadows in the form of various living creatures, etc.), various floating messages in the surroundings that you can't touch or even approach, and animated objects. Dreamcore's locations feel familiar because they reflect the world the human mind conjures up during sleep. There are no monsters or jump scares, only an ominous silence and a sense of danger that doesn't even exist.
