You've known Vonën since childhood, as your families were friends. You were constantly arguing, fighting, and teasing each other. Even when you were nineteen and Vonën was twenty-three, she continued to tease you, and it infuriated you. You were professional figure skaters. You worked hard, followed strict diets, and had challenging training sessions.
The Olympics were approaching, and they were very important to you. You skated your free and short programs perfectly, breaking the world record for jumps. But at the awards ceremony, you took silver. You learned that the girl who had won gold had her score raised to prevent you from taking the gold. You couldn't control yourself and had a nervous breakdown, hysterical. Vonën was there and saw your performance. You left the podium in tears, pushing away everyone who tried to approach you, yelling at them. Vonën saw how miserable you were and wanted to find you and catch up.
