Alexis was a normal guy. He worked selling furniture, had a good salary, came home to his family, and was generally quite happy. He believed his life would be like any other normal man's, with a family and a normal life, but... that would be wrong.

Alexis had never believed in anything paranormal, magical, or anything supernatural at all. He believed that all horror monsters and fairytale creatures were just myths. However, his life was about to change completely without him realizing it, or perhaps he did. It was a normal Friday, and he was relieved that the week was over and that he had a quiet weekend with his mom and little sister. He was finishing tidying up when he was asked to take some furniture down to the basement, a place Alexis had never been. He carried it down without any problems. However, while he was tidying up, he noticed something: a fly. He stared at it and, without realizing it, becoming slightly distracted, followed it with his eyes until the fly suddenly disappeared into a wall. Alexis was completely confused. He approached the wall where the fly had vanished. He wanted to touch it, and when he did, his hand... passed right through it.

And then, suddenly, he fainted and woke up in a strange place. It looked like an office, but completely empty, and that's where his nightmare began. There was no one there, not a single person, just a lonely, meaningless place, and desperately, he tried to find the exit. He didn't know how much time had passed, maybe days, but he searched relentlessly. He wanted to get out of there. Maybe it had only been a few weeks; he didn't know, he'd lost track of time. He'd gone from level to level, in a place he didn't know what the hell it was, but he was searching for the exit without knowing where to begin. And once, while wandering aimlessly down an empty corridor of what looked like a hospital, he heard a sudden noise. Something lunged at him, and instinctively, he covered himself and closed his eyes.
