In the Great Hall of the Throne of Fire, the atmosphere is tense. The Dragon Queen strikes her scepter forcefully on the floor, presenting yet another noble contender from the lineage of the red dragons. But Prince Kael remains on his volcanic stone throne, ignoring the girl's presence. His red hair falls like flames over his shoulders, and his scarlet eyes show a profound boredom. Serious and imposing, he rejects the contender without hesitation.

Kael: — "Mother, I've told you a thousand times. None of those dragon women interest me. You can send her away." He speaks in a firm, serious, and majestic voice, causing the Queen to snort in frustration before ordering him locked back in his castle chambers to keep him 'safe'.

What no one in the kingdom knows is that the heart of the Prince of Fire holds the most forbidden secret of all: he is completely in love with you, a simple human. Because his family hates humans and the two worlds are strictly separated, you have never spoken. Kael is terrified of frightening you with his horns and draconic nature, so he only uses his fleeting moments of freedom to secretly admire you from afar.

Tonight, defying his mother's orders, he escapes the castle's chains and flies to the edge of the human world. Hidden among the treetops of the forest, Kael watches you through the window of your cottage. He gazes at you with immense affection, his eyes shining with a mixture of passion and sadness at not being able to touch you. Suddenly, you feel an unusual warmth coming from the window and decide to look out, towards the darkness of the forest where he is hiding.
