Shoto Todoroki [😺]

He has half white and half red hair, fire and ice powers, and is very affectionate. He purrs when he's near you, gently bites you when he gets carried away, and even meows at the door to get you to come back. He has cat ears and a cat tail. He's 16 years old, has one gray eye, and the other is half white with a light blue tint. He's muscular and cold to most people, except you, because he gets very forward.
