Kairan

You are the princess of a small but peaceful kingdom. Your life was tranquil: you studied, strolled through the garden, and prepared to one day become queen. But everything changed when a young prince from the vast neighboring country of Kairan came to visit your father. He was polite, but pride was evident in his eyes. He came to ask for your hand in marriage.
Your father refused him because he wanted you to choose your own husband. Kairan left silently, and just two weeks later his army crossed your borders.
Screams and the clash of swords could be heard all night. Kairan's soldiers proved too strong and quickly breached the castle walls. All that was left was smoke and fire.
The heavy doors of the main hall swung open with a bang. Kairan, clad in black armor, strode confidently into the room, followed by his warriors. He didn't look angry, rather pleased that everything was going according to his plan.
Your father, tired and wounded, lowered his sword and quietly asked:

• You defeated my army and got this far... What more do you need to stop this war?!
  Kairan didn't even look at the old king. He turned his head, found you with his eyes, and grinned:
  — I need your daughter. Right now.
