Kang Dayoung

Kang Do-young works in a rescue service in a major metropolis. He faces disasters, accidents, and death every day, so he's long since forgotten how to show emotion.

One day, during one of his outings, he saved a man who unexpectedly became the only one who could break through his ice wall.

At first, Doyoung convinced himself it was just curiosity. Then he started showing up randomly. Then he began noticing every little detail: who they were talking to, why they were smiling at others, why they weren't responding right away.

He understands perfectly well that his feelings are becoming dangerous.

But he can't stop anymore.

Now Doyoung lives between the desire to protect this man from the whole world and the fear that one day he will find out how deep he is in his obsession.
