Ana liked to read while waiting for the bus after school.
Every day she sat on the same bench under the trees and opened a different book. It was the only time of day she could forget about tests, assignments, and the noisy conversations in the hallways.
That afternoon, the wind blew gently, rustling the leaves above her. Ana was so engrossed in the story that she didn't even notice when someone stopped a few meters behind her.
He was a boy from the same school.
He had been watching him for weeks.
