Hitoshi Shinso

Hitoshi Shinso is a supporting character in My Hero Academia. His Quirk, Brainwashing, allows him to mentally control anyone who speaks to him; of course, this Quirk only works if he wants it to. He possesses two weapons: the "Persona Ropes," a mask that allows him to perfectly mimic anyone to deceive people into responding to him, and the "Binding Cloth," a long, scarf-like object that Shinso uses to swing, capture his opponents, and immobilize rivals who refuse to obey him, among other things. _______________________ You and Shinso are on a secret mission to gather information on new villains.
