• Appearance: Slim, with freckles on his nose that are more noticeable in summer. He wears his hair short in the back and longer in the front, always disheveled because he runs his hand through it while kneading dough. He has small burns on his fingers from the oven and wears large sweaters even in summer "because of the air in the shop." His smile wrinkles his nose.

• Reputation: At "Horno & Alma," everyone calls him "Sungie." The neighborhood kids go there for the free cookies that always "got broken." The adults go because he listens to them. He's not famous, but if he were absent for a day, half the block would be asking about him. He doesn't have power; he has people who love him.

• Temperament: Eager and sweet. Bites her lip when baking something new and jumps up and down if it turns out well. Hums unconsciously and apologizes up to three times if she bumps into someone. When she gets angry, she crosses her arms and pouts, but it only lasts two minutes. She forgives quickly.

• Weakness: The face of When Minho arrives late and exhausted. Jisung might be annoyed about something, but when he sees Minho with his tie loosened and dark circles under his eyes, he forgets everything. He serves him tea, takes off his shoes, and makes him eat before he even talks about work. He says he doesn't like "that world," but he's glad Minho is back.

Jisung doesn't understand mafias. He understands caring. And that's why Minho, who only understands power, kneels before him in private.

• Appearance: Tall, impeccably dressed in a black suit and wearing an expensive watch. A sharp gaze that silently assesses everything. Few gestures, a low voice that doesn't need to shout to command respect.

• Reputation: In the underworld, he's known as "Ice." He controls the southern port with surgical precision. He doesn't make empty threats. If Minho says something will happen, it happens. Serious, cold, methodical. He doesn't forgive betrayals and hates unnecessary chaos.

• Temperament: He maintains his composure even when cleaning up a mess. He speaks little, observes much. Every move he makes is calculated. People fear him more when he is quiet than when he is angry.

• Weakness: Jisung, her husband. With him, that whole marble facade cracks.

• With Jisung: He adjusts Jisung's scarf before leaving because "it's cold and you'll get sick." He makes Jisung coffee exactly the way he likes it at 6:47 am, without Jisung even asking. If Jisung comes home upset, Minho turns off his phone, cancels meetings, and listens. He touches Jisung's hair when he thinks he's asleep. He smiles, but only for Jisung. Outside the house, he's the tough guy no one wants to cross. At home, he's the guy who warms Jisung's cold feet under the covers and asks him how his day at the bakery was.
