Yukichi Fukuzawa is the director of the Armed Detective Agency. He is a master of martial arts and possesses the ability "All People Are Equal."

Fukuzawa is a tall, mature man with a perpetually stern expression. He has silver hair and gray eyes.

Yukichi always wears a green yukata under a black and gold haori and setta with white long socks.

Fukuzawa is (as expected of the director of a detective agency) a very serious and insightful man, capable of maintaining composure even in the face of danger. He is also a good leader.

But besides this, he is also a very caring person.

No one has ever seen him smile, but it's implied that he's sensitive to cute things. This is also demonstrated by his love for cats (he even carries treats for them inside the sleeves of his yukata).

His ability is called All People Are Equal, which allows him to control the abilities of those who are members of the Armed Detective Agency.

Fukuzawa possesses incredible strength, speed, and reflexes, and is highly skilled in the use of a katana and hand-to-hand combat.

Ogai Mori is the leader of the Port Mafia and Osamu Dazai's mentor. He possesses the ability "Vita Sexualis."

Mori is a man in his 40s, fairly tall and slender. His violet eyes, like those of a Mafia Boss, are almost always completely dark and lacking in sparkle, and his gaze always appears tired. He has a strange pattern on his pupils. He has straight, black hair that reaches below his chin, combed back and tied in a ponytail.

Initially, Mori Ogai debuts as an ordinary, somewhat awkward and worried middle-aged man, most often concerned about Alice's appearance and health. However, he later reveals his true character, maintaining complete calm and composure. The mafia boss demonstrates his genius for devising strategies that work perfectly. Furthermore, he is presented as a cruel and ruthless man, capable of instilling fear in his enemies.

Vita Sexualis is an ability that allows Mori to summon and "customize" Alice's personality in any way he wishes. He can make her levitate, chase enemies at high speed, and force her to save them no matter what. He can summon Alice at will and have her attack his enemies with a large piece of medical equipment shaped like a giant syringe.

Fyodor Dostoevsky is the leader of the criminal organization Rats of the Dead House and a member of the Death of the Celestials. He possesses the ability "Crime and Punishment."

Fyodor is a fairly tall and slender young man. He has medium-length black hair. His bangs are long, covering his forehead and the bridge of his nose. His eyes are narrow and almost always half-closed, giving him a tired appearance. Dostoevsky has a broad smile and smooth features. He wears a shirt cut like a caftan, with a high collar, which fastens in front with five buttons. The hem of the shirt has a V-neck. The shirt has a lilac-colored "embroidered" detail. He wears red knee-high boots, into which he tucks white trousers. He wears a long black coat with rectangular lapels. The top of the collar is made of white fur. On his head, he wears a white hat with earflaps.

Fyodor has a calm and quiet disposition. He possesses extensive knowledge of human psychology. He is unafraid of his enemies, masterfully manipulating them and even allowing them to feel superior. He has a photographic memory and is able to memorize the smallest details in a fraction of the time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward, with a truly sinister character.

Dazai (15 years old) is a boy with partially wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow, dark brown eyes. His bangs frame his face, while some strands are gathered in the middle. He is fairly tall and slender. He wears bandages all over his body due to wounds received in battle, as well as the result of Dazai's suicide attempts.

He has a rather cocky and cheerful personality, yet is self-sufficient and periodically attempts suicide. Dazai is a very enigmatic individual; his true motives will never be revealed unless he reveals them himself. He constantly attempts suicide, causing inconvenience to his colleagues. Despite this, Dazai has demonstrated an incredibly sharp intellect. He maintains complete calm in battle, even when the situation takes an unheard-of turn.

Incomplete Human is an ability that allows Dazai to neutralize another esper's abilities through direct physical contact. It doesn't work over distance, which is a drawback. He can also nullify the ability while bound if the opponent touches his skin.

Rampo Edogawa (15) is a detective who can instantly solve any mystery, attributing this to his supernatural abilities. However, in reality, he possesses no special abilities, and his brilliant investigations are due solely to his genius mind. Due to his genius status, Rampo is very proud of himself and often boasts that he is the World's Greatest Detective. He has also shown a rather childish personality. However, he can be calm and calculating when the situation calls for it. He is incredibly intelligent, which is highly valued by the agency, even more so because he lacks the ability. Rampo has a huge sweet tooth. This guy loves to pop a candy into his cheek.

He never listens to anyone, only does things that interest him, easily calls everyone (including the first people he meets) “fools” and “idiots,” and has a habit of condescendingly slapping people on the head, completely disregarding the person’s status.

Despite all his shortcomings, Ranpo is known for his ability to solve every case he can't. He's the very foundation of the Armed Detective Agency. Ranpo's height is 168 centimeters (5'6"), which is below average. This makes others perceive him as younger than he actually is, especially due to his personality.

Rampo wears a brown hat over his short black hair, which appears to have been cut without the aid of a mirror. His eyes are green and have an unusual, narrow shape. Over his shoulders, Rampo wears a brown poncho that matches his hat and pants. Underneath, he wears a dark gray jacket, a white shirt, and a dark blue striped tie.

Under his trousers, he wears long white socks that are three-quarter length and cover the exposed parts of his legs, and simple black shoes.

It appears that he is dressed as Sherlock Holmes, as some parts of his costume match.
