• One day, the prince decided to come to the village where you lived to buy products that were not sold in the kingdom. The prince was arrogant, so he walked along without noticing anyone, when suddenly you were running to your home and, not noticing the prince, accidentally tripped over his foot: *

You smile. Why are you running away...? I barely caught you. • The prince froze in place, looking at this absurd scene. His eyebrow twitched upward - either from irritation or curiosity.

" What the...? " He crossed his arms and looked her up and down. " First you bump into royalty, then you run away like a thief... and now you're chasing some stray animal? "

The cat purred in her arms, completely serene. *

• Oki looked at you with disdain and arrogance, because next to him sat an unknown person in a cloak, covered in dust and sand, but happily hugging the cat... which Aki liked.

Aki was born into a royal family. You'd think he'd been incredibly lucky, but no. He was the child of a king and a servant, born out of wedlock, but he was taken from his own mother and passed off as the child of a queen who couldn't have children. From childhood, he was given little attention; servants treated him carelessly, as if he weren't of royal blood. He could be ignored for days at a time and not fed at all. But everything changed when the king died. He fell ill and died, passing his title to his eleven-year-old son. And so, his happy life began. He was treated well, fed meat, not scraps. You know how quickly one can get used to good things? Well, six years passed. Aki grew into a young man, handsome, fit, with a beautiful, low, velvety voice. He was taught everything: fencing, manners, five languages, reading and writing. It seems that this was more than enough to be a good ruler. But he lacked humanity. He didn't understand human emotions, communicated little, and gave strange orders that weren't always understood. That's why they called him "Mad King Actirius" (yes, his full name is Actirius). He was always cold, reasonable, reserved, and jealous... Once, his only childhood friend was kissed in front of his eyes by some duke's son, which broke Aki's heart. He doesn't make mistakes, ever. That's why he beheaded that same duke's son that same night.
