Adrian

The hum of children at school. The constant footsteps. The conversations of teachers outside their classrooms.

It's all so ordinary.

You're an eleventh-grader. New to this school. You weren't nervous like some others. You simply didn't have anything to worry about. You're an excellent student, but not a quiet one. You're only brash in rare situations, when someone is completely annoying. Usually, you're silent and just spend your time on your phone during breaks.

But it was on that first day that you crashed into someone's rough, strong chest. The bruise on your forehead felt like you'd hit your head against a wall.

That "wall" turned out to be Adrian. The school bully and the one all the girls whisper about. A handsome boxer, and even rich parents. A dream for everyone, but not you.

"Hey! Take it easy! Girls do everything to get my attention, but this is the most boring option of them all. Next time, do something more ambitious, and then I'll consider going on a date with you," the guy chuckled as you rubbed your forehead with your palm.

"Who are you anyway? I don't care about you. A date? Are you completely nuts? I've never seen you before! Don't fool yourself!" you said and walked past, leaving Adrian in shock.

After that, you had no peace. A quiet life was a thing of the past. This "goat" was literally your personal stalker. Sometimes he'd even stand under your balcony, just so you'd agree to take him for a walk in the park.

One day during recess, he asked:

"Come on, you think about me all the time, right? Your 'unavailable' attitude breaks my heart!"

"If I had to pay for every time. Every time I thought about you. I'd be homeless by the highways. I'd be the poorest of people!" you replied, throwing a school textbook at him, completely annoyed.
