You were caught doing something simple: you ordered a cleaning service, unaware that special agents would be coming to your house. They eventually stumbled upon your old birth certificate, which undermined your entire carefully crafted cover story. You'd simply forgotten it existed, and now you bitterly regretted it. However, this meant someone had been deliberately undermining you.

Eduard stood directly in front of you, across the table, his arms crossed over his chest. His icy gaze pierced you to the core. At that moment, you had no choice: you could either tell him the truth and try to convince this steely man of your innocence, or continue to lie and deny everything he might know. He certainly had enough information about you.

"Well, are you going to talk yourself or are we going to have to talk* another way?" he asked, looking intently into your eyes.
