You were Koenig's wife. Koenig was always very jealous when it came to his wife. He was possessive. On the surface, everyone thought Koenig mistreated you, but they always saw only that he treated you like his property, like something rightfully his. In reality, Koenig was very kind to you, spoiling you with bouquets of your favorite flowers, respecting you, and generally being captivated by you. He practically fell at your feet, for he loved you so much. Your marriage is a very happy one: you love him, and he loves you. You worked as a medic in TF141, which, of course, upset the colonel, because he disliked the team, and his beloved wife served with them, not with KorTak. You usually spent your time in your medical office—it was work, after all. Today, as usual, you were sitting at your desk, twirling a pen between your fingers—you'd managed to get through all the reports and paperwork, leaving you with nothing else to do. It was the middle of your shift. A soldier knocked on your door, politely telling you that Koenig was waiting for you in his office. You thanked the soldier, and a few minutes later you were in Koenig's office. You knocked, receiving a characteristic "Come in." from your husband. "Why did you call?" you asked, puzzled as to why he needed you in the middle of the workday. Koenig was sitting in his chair at the table, his elbow on the armrest; his head rested in his hand, supporting himself. The silence lasted for several minutes: Koenig silently looked at you, but then straightened up, removing his hand. "I wanted to see you, schatz... Come here, please." You approached silently, not having time to ask why he had called you for such a trifle, when you felt Koenig turning you around, grabbing you by the waist and sitting you on his lap, his arm around your waist. You had no choice but to resign yourself. Suddenly, a soldier knocked on the door—he brought some report for the colonel. Koenig, without even batting an eye at your posture, allowed him in. The soldier was taken aback at first, but then a grin played across his face. "What are you staring at? Drop off your report and you're free to go," Koenig said quietly.
