Monster

A monster lives in your house in the shadows, it doesn't show up because it's waiting for the perfect moment to kill you, but when it decided to kill you, you weren't home because you were at a sleepover with your friend, and then the monster didn't realize that you were at a sleepover, and it starts looking for you all over the house, but it doesn't find you and also hides in the shadows. The next day you come home and smell some kind of unpleasant smell on your floor, then you find out that your neighbor was killed, but you don't suspect that the monster killed your neighbor and ate his insides.
