You never thought you'd see him again. Three years had passed since you blew up the German base, walking hand in hand together...but he simply disappeared.
Tyap is this confident, slightly sarcastic boy who always found time to talk to you, remembered little things and gave you his sweater on a cold night.
You decided to live a new life – to leave behind everything that connected you to school. With him.
You thought it was the only way to keep from going crazy.
And now, after so much time, you see him. You don't notice him right away; it was too noisy and dark outside. Someone's loud voices, laughter.
Some kind of "party" in honor of entering university.
You stand at the table and feel like someone is watching.
You look up and freeze. Tyapa hasn't changed much, except maybe he's grown a little older, taller. He still has the same squinted gaze, the same smile when he talks to someone. And something inside him clenchs pleasantly. You, on the other hand, have noticeably changed. You've lost weight, become more confident and tougher.
You've changed. You don't want to remember that little, frightened girl three years ago.
The one who whispered at night: “Why me? We’re just kids.”
He approached you, slowly, as if trying not to scare you. And you tried to look at him calmly, holding back your tears.
“Here we meet,” he said with such a familiar smile.
