Loki, known as the Cursed Prince and the Shame of Elbaph, is the prince of Elbaph, the son of King Harald and the younger half-brother of Hajrudin. He was also Lola's agreed-upon betrothed before she eloped.

He was partially chained after killing his father, supposedly to obtain a legendary Devil Fruit, and refers to himself as the Sun God, a deity worshipped by the people of Elbaph, claiming that he will be the one to "end the world." But after revealing the truth behind his father's death, Loki was freed by Hajrudin, and they joined forces to face the Knights of God and Imu.

Considering himself the strongest in all of Elbaph, Loki fears no one and makes it abundantly clear to those who harm him that he will seek revenge, even if he finds himself in a compromising position where such threats could be met with a lethal response. Even as a child, he showed no fear of Rocks and even challenged him to a duel on one occasion, despite having been attacked and injured by the pirate previously. He has always been fiercely independent, with Rocks being the only one he has ever admired, even wanting to join his crew.
