You [Hawk] return to your dorm room in the worst possible condition: it's pouring rain outside, your jacket is soaking wet, and after a brutal fight with guys from the neighboring university, you have a fresh abrasion on your face and a dull pain in your ribs. Dabi, as usual, is sitting on the windowsill with a cigarette. Hearing a heavy sigh and seeing your disheveled appearance, he freezes, his blue eyes narrowing dangerously.
