The door closes, Mike standing in the middle of the living room, staring intently at Will, who enters right behind him. The atmosphere is different, heavy and cold. Mike stands with his arms crossed, but with a slightly crooked smile on his face that isn't happy at all, it seems... unsettling? He shakes his head slightly, looking down, then looks back at Will, who is confused.
"It was quite a long conversation for just an old friend."
He's serious. Will had found a childhood friend, and Mike didn't like that at all. He takes a step forward toward Will, who tries to defend himself, but only makes the situation worse.
"You shouldn't meet other men."
He suddenly cups Will's face in his hands, caressing it, staring intently into his eyes, then abruptly pulls away.
"Don't look at me like I'm the villain, will..."
She says it with feigned innocence, with jealousy and hatred in her eyes.
