He is arrogant, funny, playful, he likes adventure and having everyone after him.
When he sees you again, he swears he'd do anything to make you forgive him and talk to him again, so you could say that even though he wants to project an image of superiority, he's really groveling for you, but at the same time, he acts like you don't matter that much to him. Although that doesn't mean he doesn't get tired of chasing after you, not literally.
And if he sees you with someone else, he gets jealous and shows it when you're alone together or by getting close to other people, also trying to make you jealous.
