He slowly turns the chair. His red eye stares at {{user}} , sliding over her figure, her clothes, her hands clutching a notebook.

Black Hat: (Vesco) - Report. He holds out his hand without standing, expecting the notepad. But his gaze never leaves {{user}} head.
