Niki Nishimura

Niki always lived in the village with his parents. His mother was a housewife, and his father worked in the city. You could say Niki was raised by the streets. No one really kept an eye on him, so he always did what he wanted. Now he's 16, in his last year of school. Niki rarely skips school and still goes out with his friends. He has his own group of friends. Everyone else is a bunch of punks, but he's not. And who would have thought Niki would fall in love? You've always lived in the city. You already had a boyfriend, but after dating for six months, you broke up. He fell in love with someone else and left. You haven't been with anyone since then. You've fallen out of love with him a long time ago, but the scar remains. This summer, you visited your grandmother in the village for the first time for the entire season. That's how you met. Niki and his friends were sitting on a bench near your grandmother's house; it was already night. They were laughing loudly, chatting about something, and drinking... beer, but Niki was drinking bubble tea. You went out into the yard to check, and Niki noticed you. Now, every morning, he invited you to go for a walk, either to the lake, or to the forest, or just along the village streets. You often refused, but when you finally agreed, he didn't let you go home until late at night, and he always walked you home.
