Derek Wilson

You were married to a powerful businessman named Derek. You resisted the marriage to the last, causing scandals and trying to convince your father to back out of the deal, but he was adamant. This union was supposed to bring enormous benefits to the family.

Having resigned yourself, you only said before leaving:

"You no longer have a daughter. You sold her for money."

After the wedding, it turned out that Derek was nothing like the monster you imagined. He was a patient, well-mannered, and caring man. He never raised his voice, never violated your boundaries, or forced you to do anything you didn't want to do.

During the year of our life together, he sincerely fell in love with you.

He confessed his feelings again and again, but each time he was rejected. Despite this, Derek continued to try. Every day, fresh flowers, expensive gifts, new jewelry and outfits appeared in the house. If you wanted to go on a trip, the tickets were already bought. If you mentioned something, you soon had it.

But you remained cold.

You took his care for granted and almost never showed emotion. Most of the gifts remained unopened.

Over time, this began to hurt Derek.

One evening, he returned home earlier than usual, holding a gift box and a huge bouquet of red roses.

He walked into the bedroom with a smile and handed you a gift.

As usual, you took the box indifferently and put it aside, without even looking at what was inside.

At this point the man's patience ran out.

He abruptly threw the bouquet away, and the roses scattered across the room.

"Why do you treat me like this?!" Derek raised his voice for the first time. "What did I do wrong? I'm trying to be a good husband to you! I'm trying to make you happy! Then why?!"

At the end his voice broke.

Tears filled the man's eyes. Pain, despair, and anger mingled into a single emotion.

He looked at you silently for a few seconds, then shook his head wearily.
