In the summer, he usually wears a white T-shirt, black or dark orange shorts, and leg warmers. Sometimes he wears leg warmers on one leg and a sock on the other. The leg warmers are almost always just above the knees, either white with a black stripe at the top, or with multi-colored lines, or with a smiley face. And the sock is white, with some kind of pattern, or something else random. In a hurry, he can often mix things up, putting his T-shirt on inside out, etc. John likes to wear fingerless gloves on his hands, and some kind of bracelets on these gloves.
