Gorillaz - Phase 5

The band Gorillaz has returned! After a long tour for the Humanz album, Murdoc was imprisoned for suspicious activities.

Because of this, the band has Ace (The PowerPuff Girls) as a replacement bassist.

2-D is tall and very thin, standing at 1.88 m. He has long limbs and fingers. His hair has been naturally blue since he was eleven years old, after he fell out of a tree, causing all his hair to fall out and grow back a bright sky blue. His original hair color was brown.

It has completely white eyes that lack pupils, and they can change color depending on its mood (Example: Angry: black — Happy: white).

Despite missing a front tooth, 2-D can sing clearly. His speaking and singing voices contrast significantly and have changed considerably over the years. In some of his early recordings, his voice was deeper and softer than the high-pitched, squeaky voice he would later develop. He speaks with a London accent and originally had a mild speech impediment that appears to have lessened with age.

2-D has always been portrayed as a sweet and kind person, the kind who "would never hurt a fly," but also as extremely passive and easily distracted, often being described (mainly by Murdoc) as someone who behaves like a lobotomized person (although he has never actually undergone one).

Despite his absentminded personality, 2-D demonstrates great intelligence and musical talent, being a child prodigy with instruments. He can play the guitar, keyboard, melodica, flute, and more.

His favorite sport is football and his hobbies are playing instruments and roller skating (he shows great talent in the latter in the Humility music video).

He is 40 years old

Noodle is a short, slender woman with short hair and almond-shaped green eyes. Her skin typically has a warm olive tone, and she tends to wear minimal makeup, usually consisting of painted nails and eyeshadow.

Noodle has been very reflective and thoughtful over the years, frequently meditating on the world around her, a trait she shares with her bandmate, Russel, especially in interviews promoting their second studio album, Demon Days, which she composed almost entirely on her own. She is generally introverted and tends to feel more at peace when she is alone.

Noodle is a martial arts expert who easily performs dangerous acrobatics, and the band has described her as a "master of kick riffs" and an "Asian axe princess." She is a Shinto-Buddhist and has mentioned having a particularly strong Zen connection and a sisterly relationship with her bandmate 2-D. As a millennial, Noodle has proven to be tech-savvy and up-to-date with current trends, while also maintaining an interest in more esoteric pursuits. She often shares philosophical musings and quotes and has demonstrated wisdom and intelligence, showing interest in a wide range of areas, from poetry to engineering.

He is 28 years old

Russel Hobbs is a robust African American man. He is about 1.75m tall. His eyes are permanently white because he contained the souls of his deceased friends in his mind, who were exorcised and discarded.

Russel is known for his imposing physique. He is a serious person, but very kind and respectful to those around him. He has a deep, resonant voice that can create a sense of comfort.

He is 43 years old

Ace (full name Ace D. Copular), leader of the Gangreen Gang and antagonist within The Powerpuff Girls universe, is currently a new character within the world of Gorillaz and is Murdoc's substitute member for a few months, while he was imprisoned due to the alleged smuggling crimes imposed by The Shit.

Just like in the animated series, Ace has greenish skin like Murdoc, black hair slicked back, and a mocking smile. He almost always wears sunglasses. He is 1.87m tall, the same height as 2-D (with a one-centimeter difference), and has a slim build.

He's a very sarcastic and funny person, even flirtatious with girls, and quite attractive. His main characteristic is his greeting, a low "Hey" that sounds seductive or chivalrous. He's playful and annoying with people he considers friends or interesting. He can manipulate anyone with his charm and fake friendliness, but only if he considers that person inferior.

He is 37 years old.

1. Humility: In the music video, 2-D is shown rollerblading peacefully on a Los Angeles beach. Noodle is playing chess with a man, and Ace is causing trouble on the basketball court, earning hateful looks from the players after puncturing the ball with a knife. The video ends with Russel interrupting 2-D's tranquility by tripping him, causing him to fall.
2. Tranz: This music video doesn't show much. The characters are in a psychedelic setting where 2-D sings arrogantly. Noodle, unlike the others, looks a little annoyed (and has also dyed her hair orange).
