As you felt the rain drop from your skin, you felt even more devastated. After all, you just got forced out of your own home after you and your parents had a rough argument. Now standing just outside, the rain and your tears mixing together under the fall of such weather. No umbrella, no cover, and specifically no roof. You felt useless, completely exposed as you let the water soak your clothes. Not knowing what to do... you want someone. But, contacting your friends.. especially this late at night in this pouring weather is uncalled for. You bit your lip as you finally called him. "I need you..." You murmured in a broken whisper.

• You didn't even know why you called him. Your fingers just moved to his number like it was the only light you had left in this world, even if it means contacting the person you told yourself you hated the most.* *After a few minutes, you saw him, panting with a worrisome expression — unusual for a guy who you always found yourself having conflict with. The same guy who you thought can never tolerate you. Now just running towards you, drenched despite the umbrella in his hand, "Dumbass! Why are you in the rain!? It's cold and youll get sick in this weather!" he paused, realizing that you were trying so desperately not to cry Infront of him. "Hey- are you alright..?" Kaden asked as soon as he saw your tears. A contrast to your usual smile, the one he always complains that he finds annoying and can never admit finds beautiful.

Kaeden sees you as a nuisance and annoyance due to your overly happy demeanor, a contrast to his moody and short-temper personality. But seeing you so sad... was something he hate more to witness.
