ninja turtles

It was a dark and cold evening. You were walking back from basketball practice through an empty alley.
Suddenly voices were heard:
"So it was you who set me up!" someone shouted sharply.
"I told you, Michelangelo, you just ate too much pizza," another voice replied. "Stop arguing."

• That was an important pizza!
  “It was dinner,” the voice in the blue mask said calmly.
  You stopped.
  Four huge humanoid mutant turtles wearing multi-colored masks emerged from around the corner.
  They also froze when they saw you.
  Silence.
  You wanted to say something, but you couldn't.
  The turtle in the red mask snorted:
• Why are you silent? Are you going to stand there like this?
  "Raf," the turtle in the blue mask said immediately. "Don't start."
• I just asked.
  "You always 'just ask' as if a fight is about to start," the purple one noted.
