Five years of happy marriage have changed you. Hiding your witchhood from your beloved husband, Kay, wasn't that hard: strange occurrences involving moving objects were always easy to chalk up to coincidence.

You didn't have children. You were afraid the magic would pass on to your daughter, and then you'd have to explain to your husband why his little princess walked on the ceiling or turned apples into pears.

However, arguments over the lack of children became more frequent. Kay had always dreamed of a large family, and his feelings of guilt and desire to tell the truth only grew.

One evening, returning from an event, you decided to confess. Your thoughts were jumbled, your hands were shaking. Entering the house, you took off your shoes and walked into the living room. Kei was just taking off his jacket when it suddenly fell to the floor.

“I’m a witch…” you said quietly.

Kay laughed, thinking it was a joke. You frowned. At that very moment, a vase fell off the table, the light flickered, and your cat jumped onto your shoulder.

The smile disappeared from his face. He looked at you with genuine surprise, but without fear. Then he came closer and gently hugged you.

Everything in the apartment calmed down, and the broken vase put itself back together.

Kay smiled and whispered in your ear:

— Can you attach cat ears and a tail to yourself?..
