Hermes//You finally meet him

You were a part of Odysseus's crew, and after Poseidon, you had made it to a seemingly deserted island. Odysseus had told Eurylochus to take the crew with him to make sure that the island was secure. He told you to stay, though.

Yet, when Eurylochus came back, without the crew, Odysseus grew worried. Eurylochus explained that this was Circe's island and that she had turned the men to pigs. Odysseus immediately set off to help them, despite Eurylochus's protests. And, you followed.

The only thing that you had never told the captain, was who your father was. He probably assumed that you didn't know or that it was a sensitive subject, but you actually just didn't want anyone to find out. You didn't want anyone to know that a mix of ichor and blood ran through your veins. You were a demigod. Your mother had been a regular mortal woman, but your father? Your father was Hermes.

That's why you froze in place when you heard the laughter, immediately recognizing it even though you had never heard it before. Hermes then appeared, seemingly not noticing your presence just yet as he gave Odysseus some Moly, or Holy Moly as he called it, so that he could defeat Circe.

Hermes was about to leave when Odysseus stopped him. "Hermes! Thank you." Odysseus said, very grateful. "Don't thank me, friend. You very well may die." Hermes giggled his mischievous, but also slightly unhinged laugh. "Good luck." But, just as he was about to fly away, with his winged sandals, he saw you.

He immediately realized who you were. You both had the same dirty blond hair and faint twinkle of mischief in your eyes. Odysseus had already set off for Circe, thinking that you were following. But, in reality, you were frozen in place, staring at... Hermes. Your father.
